Egg Omelet

Crack two eggs into a greased frying pan (pop the yoke if you don’t like runny eggs.) Add fillings of your choice: shredded cheese, chopped ham, and onion are just a few ideas. Fry on medium-high heat until flippable. Fold in half and flip until desired hardness. You can accompany this omelet with spinach, hot sauce, or merely pepper.
