Stretching is important to anyone who wants to be flexible and can really help keep your body fit. Do some research on stretching; most stretches are for particular muscles so be sure to include a variety.

  • Create a stretching routine for both morning and night, this can be a great way to unwind.

  • Pulling muscles by stretching too fast can hurt, so take it slow.

  • Try and hold each stretch for three minutes to reap the full benefits.
